Amazing Mobile Features of Google Classroom - http://www.controlaltachieve.com/2017/09/mobile-classroom.html
See why you and your students need to be using the mobile app version of Google Classroom to take advantage of awesome features including digital handwriting, taking pictures, recording videos, sharing with other apps, notifications, and more!

Anybody having issues with Authenticated Youtube Users not getting restricted mode ON in the new version of Youtube? We enabled "Restricted Mode ON" but it seems like the new version of Youtube doesn't switch to "Restricted Mode ON" on its own. It works fine when a user Restores to the old version of Youtube. Any insights will be highly appreciated.

An interesting Google-tools challenge for a good cause. (And one I imagine is common in Houston & Florida right now.)

A Harvey victim I know is tasked with creating an inventory list of items in his home that have been damaged for his insurance claim. Sounds simple except that his whole home was under water and they want everything listed from neckties and socks to air conditioners and furniture. Lots of stuff. He's been taking photos with his iPhone and then uploading them onto his desktop hard drive. He's got a Google acct.

The list needs to include 2 photos of the item, a description of the item, and the room in which the item used to live.

I'm trying to help this poor overwhelmed fellow automate some of this.

I'm thinking IFTTT recipe to back up iOs photos to either Drive or Google Photos. (Which would be better?)

Then it feels like he really wants a Spreadsheet for the rest. Or a Form that dumps into a Sheet? Here's where my thinking gets overwhelmed.

This seems like an inventory issue that others have probably already solved.

Anyone out there with a better brain for this?

I'm guessing it would be useful to lots of folks... lots of teachers, too, as I know so many schools have been destroyed.

Thanks for any help!
