Excellent expression of the importance of culture as a priority
Ignoring the health of a companies culture is like letting aquarium water get dirty. Don't let water of the culture aquarium get dirty

Is it time to stop the "juggling act" and focus on what you really do well? Instead of tossing the implements up and around, actually use them to develop something useful.

Whilst we might refer to elephants being "in the room" we may actually have put some in our fridge. It’s as if by preserving them in the cold and dark for long enough we think they won't stink or simply people won't be aware that we have this great big creature in residence.

Hi sorry for the late reply. I had an awfull May so now June is letting me get back into freetime and computer time. I loved the course. Really happy to meet the teammates :-) It was great to see that I would actually be able to take an MBA. I was starting with the operations course. I was surprised by so many formulars and I felt like being back at school when they wanted me to do these text exercises, so I quit that one.
I am now working on my project setting up an e-learning company and so far it is turning out to be a massive project. Everyday I realise other points to think about. This course actually helps me in thinking in the directions I have to after I had the idea...
Talk to you soon hopefully.

Its not the software you buy that gets you collaboration, its the environment you create that gets you collaboration.

"Often in meetings, I will ask people when we're discussing an idea, 'What did the dissenter say?'... I want us to listen to these dissenters because they may intend to tell you why we can't do something, but if you listen hard, what they're really telling you is what you must do to get something done. It gets you out of your framework of the conventions of what you can and can't do."
Dissenters "may intend to tell you why we can't do something," the company's chief says, "but if you listen hard, what they're really telling you is what you must do to get something done."

In our pursuit of bigger, brighter, fresher, have we lost sight of the true and original product? Do we understand our purpose? Have we missed the real "fundamental" insight, change or innovation that is required or possible and inadvertently settled for mediocrity?

We are proud to share with you the fruits of our work.
LSIO AFRIC EURO - LSIO AFRIC EURO

We are a team composed of south-africans and europeans whose main concern was to developp a new business model specifically designed for the development of e-learning in south africa's k12 schools. Our client was Pearson Digital South Africa http://www.pearson.co.za/south-africa

We worked hard, we thought a lot, and learned even more.

We hope you'll like our video and that you enjoyed this course as much as we did.
