All my whishes for a great New Year!

My daily #gratitude  :

- great New Year's Day in Barcelona (Spain) with my girlfriend
- an old patient asked me to start his Therapy again, after a break
- some Colleagues of mine are succeeding in a very important project
- I recovered from my illness

- A great Christmas with my girlfriend, her relatives, and...flu!!! ;-) - Lot of funny during my travel to #naples ( #italy )...and a great pizza!!! :-P
- A new patient found me on Internet and asked me for an online counseling!
- +Sarah Westover McKenna for her tips about how to teach #gratitude to our kids: from the Thanksgiving Journal to the Thankful Board, passing through the Gratitude Activity Jar.

- a Colleague of mine offered me a place in her office: it's cheaper and more beautiful, and deeper in the town

A great song by two top performers: #petergabriel  and #katebush  .
When you feel down this is perhaps the only song you should listen to, with a unique sentence: Don't give up
...and we'll not!!!

I'm grateful for this Life, I'm grateful for my job, my girlfriend, my friends, the teens I take care of: an ever-tearing down teen that smiles at you it's a real conquer! :-)

I'm also grateful for all the Sunbringers that joined this #gratitudejournal  project: their Energy is very strong and viral!

Dear Sunbringers how are you?
Long time no read...so here you are special tips for you: 25 special tips

These are my preferred ones:

- Call someone and tell them you love them or why they mean so much to you
- Write a letter to someone ( no matter if you send it or not )
- Try extra hard to resist the urge to complain, gossip, and/or be negative in anyway that day
- Write a blog post dedicated to someone who has made a difference in your life ( not always so easy )
- Put a sticky note somewhere random to brighten someone's day ( I'll try it ASAP )
- Write a list of 10 characteristics, qualities, or features you like about yourself

+Doctor Ivan Ferrero - Digital Psychologist

Good evening! I have missed to jot down my gratitude journal for 3 days. What was on my 3 days was merely an extension of new year celebration. But today, i have lots of things to be grateful for.

1. I received my sick leave conversion today which means i can now send allowance for my family.

2. I got to talk go my son over the phone again and how much i missed my little boy.

3. I was able to settle my payables.

4. Today, there are a lot of people who have shown kindness to me in so many ways. Have given me motivation and inspiration. These people plays an important role in my life and its just so nice to knw they are always there 24 a day.
