I've finished reading and playtesting Sol Tabletop RPG and have by-and-large positive comments. The game has gone out to some reviewers, selected entirely scientifically by sticking a wet finger up in the breeze...reviews and other impressions should begin trickling in soon.

+Phil Day  has fielded all manner of questions from me since Jan 15 Cancon -- early in the Kickstarter. All the more interesting that Phil has been boiling this one in his head for 20 plus years!

It's obvious that there is so much more than is suggested in the rulebook and the introductory adventure (The Honeycomb Caverns), and that Sol's unusual sociological slant is an engine for philosophical speculation.

Are we seeing a new genre of RPG: the Philosophical Adventure?
