Is anyone planning to go to any major conferences in or outside of California this year? I’m looking at SXSW education, iteea, Pbl Napa, as well as others that are fast approaching.

If you have gone to a major conference in the past, could you please share your thoughts on the one that you went to. I’ll be paying for it out of pocket so I want to make sure it’s worth it. Thank you!

A huge and belated thanks to Geo, Fabrice, and the Tam Makers for an incredible night of learning about Automata (large and small), social activism through community making, and the general inspiration of a well-developed program and space. Special thanks to Geo for putting together a deep hands-on component on short notice and Fabrice for his prolific photo- and video-documentation of the event.
