Submit a stronger grant application: If a grant application does not specifically ask questions such as “What are the goals for the project?”, “How will the goals be measured?”, “What are the expected impacts”, etc. answer these questions somewhere in the narrative anyway to create a well thought-out, complete application. It could make your application stand out over others.
