In many countries, Stress is being recognised as a factor in health and safety at work. Employers have a duty to protect their staff from stress as much as any other safety hazard. Employees also have a duty to make sure they manage their own stresses too.

One of the most useful websites we have found on the subject of relationships is the 5 Love Languages. It shows a very good way to help couples and others to improve how they talk with and understand each other.

One of the fastest ways to reduce stress is by using one of our breathings techniques (on the website or smartphone app), for example:

1. Take a quick 'mental fitness break' from work.
2. Push all the air out of your lungs. Let fresh air 'bounce' back in. Repeat 5 times.
3. If you feel light headed, dont worry - its the extra oxygen doing this.
4. Go back refreshed!
