Good news for fans of BBC One’s most popular drama series, ‘Poldark’ – given that the final episode was watched by 5.9 million people, it’s no surprise that the show has been commissioned for a second series and its leading actor, Aidan Turner, has reportedly signed up to make four more series. Sunday nights are going to stay in 18th century Cornwall for a few years yet; we just wonder how long it’ll take before the BBC get him scything in the correct way!
