Join us for "Getting Started with MPCC Open Curriculum" on Tuesday, May 16 from 3-4 p.m. via Google Hangouts with Jon Fila presenting.

Jon will talk about developing and teaching with MPCC English Language Arts 12 and will share implementation strategies. TIN moderators will be on hand also to contribute from the perspective of their content areas and respond to your questions/comments.

Here are a few ideas on how to incorporate makerspace ideas into any curriculum but much of it is aligned with MN standards! Have students apply what they learn in MPCC using makerspace materials and project ideas!

How to get started?
1. Post a brief statement about your interest in MPCC in the introduction category. Check to be sure your profile includes your contact information.
2. Share about the community with your colleagues and invite them to join.
3. Set notification to "on" so you will be alerted when there are posts made.
4. Seek out the moderators if you have specific content or grade-level questions. They have experience with the curriculum from design and development to training and implementation.
