This morning's breakfast : 1 cup 2% cottage cheese, half a mango, 1/3 of a banana and some cinnamon!

Found this on instagram! Gotta try it!!
Oyster mushrooms with bacon and egg in chicken ginger broth 😋 🍄sautéed the mushrooms with ghee
🍄 add two slices of thinly chopped bacons
🍄when it Browns add fresh garlic and grated fresh ginger and keep on sautéing 🍄add liquid ( I used chicken broth)
🍄season with salt and pepper
🍄let it boil for a few minutes
🍄drop eggs into the soup and let it cook to your liking
🍄 adjust the seasoning
🍄 garnish with green onions and serve it while its hot.
