Watermelon Lime Juice

Watermelon is sweet in taste and packed with hydrating fluids and phytonutrients. Best known for its carotenes, watermelon is also full of potassium an important electrolyte. Its carotenes, like lycopene and lutein have been shown to help prevent certain cancers (like prostate, colon, lung and breast) and preserve eyesight.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups (450 g) diced watermelon (seedless)
1 lime (peel removed)

DIRECTIONS:
Wash all produce well.
Juice ingredients.
Serve and enjoy.
