Conquer your fears and you will conquer death….The weights are no match for us today… 

“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”

Who shall join me in the quest for glory? who shall dare to conquer fear? There will come a day where our eyes will close in tiredness, a day when our body will betrayed us with weakness, there will be a day when we will no longer ride… But Today is not that day, today is the day WE RISE….

I can't say this enough, in order to get in really good shape; the fundamentals of fitness rely on the proper nutrition. You need to eat well. It’s not only about eating small or eating lots food, is about balance between Carbs, Proteins and Fat, yes I said it, Fat. Fat is also essential but it depends how much to eat and from what sources.

You will never get really fit and ripped if you don’t take care of your nutrition. I’ve seen many people come out of the gym and go by soda drinks, some I see buying fried chicken. After each workout your body needs nutrients but of the good kind. You need proteins for muscle development, you need carbs for energy and intensive workouts and you need good fat in your diet.

So a big part of your fitness program requires proper nutrition.

Homemade Gym for Crossfit in a garage. When I saw this I thought it was so cool that I’m ready thinking on expanding my home Gym to have those items.

What is Crossfit? Why is it a good fitness lifestyle? One thing I always liked about Crossfit is that it combines Cardio with strength training and it only takes around 20 - 30 minutes a workout while getting the maximum results. We will be posting Crossfit routines soon so stay tuned.
