I am able to see all the new updates to Google Forms except the new design options. When I click on the paint palette, the options are the same as before the updates. Thoughts?

I just updated the post about the Google Classroom changes that are coming soon to include some very important information you need before you start creating classes for the new school year.

IMPORTANT: Any classes created before the updates are released will not have the new "Classwork" page!

Since many of you are preparing for the new school year, I want to make this VERY clear. If you create new classes BEFORE the update is released, your classes will not magically convert to the new "Classwork," page explained in the post. I have confirmed this with Google for Education to be sure.

If you want to take full advantage of these features, it may be worth it to wait for the release. And yes, again, we do NOT have an official release date, but I believe it will be here soon. (Weeks, not months.)

I need some help. Our school is going to have a scavenger hunt around the school to help new teachers get acquainted with the school. We want to be able to just give them all one link and have them use it to upload their Pictures of proof and I want slides to populate automatically for each picture? Can this be done? How?

Thoughts on Swivl or Sibme to video teachers for coaching?

Quick question - Let's say I have a class of 20 and have them organized into 5 groups of 4 to work on a shared Google Slide assignment within their group. When I assign in Classroom, and assign to each group separately, do I need to make copies of the slide file for each group? (ex: slides group 1, slides group 2, etc) I want only the group members to be able to collaborate on the file.

As the Summer comes to a close, and the School Year quickly approaches, teachers will be looking for the next big thing to add to their curriculum. They’ll be looking for ways to engage students on a level that brings them closer to the topic, the conversation, and greater understanding.

Hey, y'all! I took a deep-dive into the updates coming to Google Classroom and thought you'd like to see it before it arrives this fall (an official release date has NOT been announced yet.)

5 Things to Know About the New Google Classroom

At the end of June, Google announced some pretty big updates that are coming to Google Classroom. Although these features will not officially be released until the fall, I wanted to give you a preview of what’s coming as you plan for the upcoming school year. Here are 5 Things to Know About the New Google Classroom.

I just logged in to take my Level 1 Educator Exam and the page won't load. I emailed support. Does anyone know if this will start the clock running on my 180 minutes?
