Giving a horrible review for Burdick GMC service, Syracuse. I needed oil change, 2 new tires mounted and balanced and another small warranty thing done. Monday sat there in the service area for 2 hours for mechanic to tell me these things needed to be done. But they didn't have time to do them, so they gave me a rental for overnight, and was told that way with my car left there, they would have it done after I returned from work the next day. I arrived only to be told they got backed up and I would have a 1 hour wait. I waited 1 1/2 hours before going to the desk to see how much longer, and was told they were still working on it. After 2 hours went by, they were done! Unacceptable service. 2 hour wait Monday, they had my car all day Tuesday, and then I still had a 2 hour wait when I went to pick it up! Joe the man behind the counter was very good trying to make things better by taking off the cost of the oil change and giving me 10% off my bill. I was calm with him because it wasn't his fault that the service department was so poor. I tried calling the manager today to complain only to find he was on another line, but while on hold Burdick's recording made me laugh. The recording being played was a ad stating  if I wanted world class service to press 1 now!!! Yeah right. Still waiting for the manager to call me back after 1 1/2 hours. Must be a long phone call he was on.
