We tried it and were surprised by how fast children take to the concept.

Teacher Appreciation:
“Dedication to Educators” is a tribute song to teachers everywhere. Teaching is a special calling that requires a ton of patience, loads of energy, a wealth of compassion, heaps of passion, lots of creative genius and total loving devotion.  Our teachers unselfishly dedicate their entire lives to our children; inspiring them to explore, helping them conquer new skills, protecting them from harm and guiding them to be the very best they can possibly be.

"If teachers ran the government we wouldn't have a national debt."

Strong words from this article, but there is some truth in it. Here are some great tips for how to have educational technology in your classroom on a shoestring budget. Because that is often all we have, and all that is needed!

Character Development  -

A Successful Program:
Success in steps, relationships, correlations, and re-enforcements
1) Children relate to and accept Characters visually as they would their favorite cartoon characters
2) Children learn Characters’ actions through stories, readings, teachings, activities and discussions
3) Children comprehend the Character traits because of the relation of the character and their ‘actions’
4) Children internalize the Character traits and begin to portray them in a positive light
5) Visual re-enforcements in the classroom, on the classroom rule posters, and on printed classroom schedules help students to relate using good character to understanding and obeying rules
6) Positive re-enforcements in the program help students to understand what it feels like to have good character
7) Children portray good character daily at school, at home, and in public
8) As students grow older they continue to build on their character in later grades, at work, in family life, and in careers
9) Students in later grades are able to mentor younger students with Character related activities and are re-enforcing their good behaviors to such a deep understanding that they are habitual in nature

One Principal said, “It has made an incredible impact on our students, and has really helped to improve the climate and culture of our school.

Please share us with your schools and community. Thank you

Do you believe in rewarding your child? If so, why? What kinds of rewards do you use? What would happen if you stopped rewarding your child? Would the good behavior remain or would your child ask, "What do I get if I do it?" Curious, please let me know your thoughts! #Behavior #Modification #Parenting #Kids
