Being a Key Principal (KP) is an essential part of owning and operating large apartment complexes. It's very rare to find opportunities to partner up like this. We are excited about the putting together a team of principals. As a KP, you'd be involved in the decision making, management, etc. Your vision and goals must align with the existing principals and there must be chemistry, just like in any other partnership.
