For Thanksgiving, or whatever season you eat turkey (If not American).Herb roasted turkey!Only 121mg sodium. If that's not too much. I know when people make stuffing they might put a lot of salt or seasoning that contains a lot of salt in the stuffing. So try this. I'll put the recipe up soon.

Be careful when you buy veggie burgers out because some places might not tell you how much salt is in them and,I have learned that some veggie burgers contain more salt than regular burgers.

Citrus Shrimp.I never tried this but I have had Shrimp before. Only 30 mg(sodium)

Not only do I have to watch what types of meat I eat when its that time of the month. I also can't eat food that contains cheese because that has salt This includes pizzia, lasagna, and anything that is made with cheese or, a lot of butter Good thing I do not like cheesecake hun I cannot have butter on pancakes, rice, grits, toast, and mash potatoes.

I've learned that pork is not good for you,so products to look out for that is high in salt:Ham or any type of lunch meat that isn't turkey, bacon, sausages and links, hotdogs, and all smoked meat.
I know salt helps preserve meat but, certain meats contain just too much salt.
Once again any meat that is packaged and can be cooked in a microwave probably contains a lot of salt.
Buying raw meat is better because you can control a lot of the salt you put in your food.Using herbs fresh or,dried can give your food better flavor than salt.

Food that contains salt:pork, cheese, butter, processed soup cans, pizza, select crackers and chips, season packs that are mixed with a variety of ground dried ingredients, and just about all frozen meals unless it says lean, salt free, low sodium.
One example of a frozen meal I eat is Healthy Choice.

If you are like me I know most meats contain salt. This is a big problem for me when it's that time of the month,so its best to leave all pork meat alone.
