A Generel Question to all! I think it's make sense to use TFS for Development Software Engineering Tasks. Well, we are looking now to Modeling our Prozess easier. Would you use TFS as a Support Ticket System, to Management First Customers Support Problems? Well personaly I didn't like the Idea to use TFS as a Support Ticket-System. What is your opinion to that?
