For #sublimation transfer paper, low-weight doesn't mean the poor quality. Sometimes low-weight sublimation paper can also have a good performance when printing.

Hello,

Is there any way to tie a custom settings profile to a OBJ, STL, or THING file?

1st print off the Printrbot Jr. - the mandatory shotglass. Not too shabby! Don't know if maybe I rushed the print before the hotend was fully up to temp or perhaps the printer was just "breaking in", but clearly the print got very nice as it progressed. I made no adjustments during the print.

DFH 90 in the beer glass. ;-)

The Printrbot Jr. is built! Still need to test and calibrate, but it's all assembled. Generally very pleased with this kit. The design is great, and the accuracy of the laser cut parts was quite remarkable. I do think the plywood Printrbot is using is a tad thicker than the design originally called for as some screws were a tad too short and the extruder compression arm had to flex quite a bit to fit. I also had to improvise a little when assembling the YZ sandwich.  There was tons of screws, nuts, washers and other misc parts left, including some really strange ones... Of course, everyone knows, having stuff left over is a sign you built it right!

Documentation was decent up until the hotend, but by the time you get to that point, there's not a lot of parts left and it's pretty straighforward. Printrbot uses the same hotend on other printers so it's not hard to find other people's build writeups.

Next weekend will be setup and printing of the mandatory 1st print shotglass!
