Hey Nick, Did I see you sign in to yesterday's meeting toward the end? Good to see you there, if so, even though it was only for a moment.

Heyo! Br'er Claude here with the reminder about our Monthly Meeting Online. Please RSVP by message or email. Details below.

Last month included a deeply moving conversation about common challenges shared by some members. Among the insights and questions that surfaced came this one:

What do you want people to say about you at your funeral or wake or in your obituary? What do you want your legacy to be?
We don't always take up such heady considerations. As a group, we're game for a wide variety of issues and challenges.

We're also into humble bragging (if such an oxymoron can be excused) about our latest and greatest projects and accomplishment. So please do come and . . .

Share your expertise.

Get fresh ideas or feedback from like-minded people.

Or even just show up in solidarity with our efforts to support one another.

The event will last 60 to 90 minutes and will include four main agenda items:

+ Facilitated Introductions – 1 to 2-minutes, 50 words or less

+ Wants/Needs Go Around – Quick, practical assistance
1 and 2 usually combined with under 12 attendees.
+ “Fish Bowl” brainstorming – Focusing on business issues for deeper problem solving and support.
+ Action plan suggestions – To leave with concrete steps to take.

[Note about agenda: We usually use the above framework. However, whoever shows up confirms the actual agenda for the meeting. So do come and help shape the meeting.]

The online “room” will be open 30 minutes before and after the scheduled time, for testing your setup, socializing and informal networking. Here are the specifics:

DATE and TIME

============
November 1st, at GMT -7 hours (10am PDT, 11am MDT, Noon Central, 1pm EDT).

Please RSVP by email or message.

The online meeting room will be open from 9:30 am to 11:30 am Pacific (GMT -7 hours).

We'll start promptly at 10 am Pacific and end when we're done or 11:30 am, whichever comes first.

Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android:

This last one is the right place to visit and "register" yourself officially as a member. Ok. Sent out the first set of invitations. Browsed my Google "Circles" for any old Briars whose names I could recognize.

The space is now set up and available. Invitations come next.
