Being an online content writer, I found it very hard to be taken seriously if there weren't enough letters of the alphabet after my name or there wasn't a worthy and serious publication behind my posts.

Those cherished positions at top online blogs and magazines are few and maintaining a blog alone is lonely and time-consuming. As I personally enjoy writing posts that bridge the scientific and spiritual, it was hard to find a forum to share my posts on social networks.

After years of working as a web developer and in online media, I've come to realize how silly it is that social networks frown on self-promotion. I find it ridiculous I can share someone else's blog post on the same subject, but not my own. The other issue that prompted me to create this community was how difficult it was to engage in conversation with scientists and researchers about their work, if you aren't a scientist as well.

In the about section, you can see my views on the subject.

In any case, I believe that a more holistic approach to our world is better and that can be facilitated by accepting the views, insights and intuitions of everyone on this planet, from the 5 year child to the 110 year old grandmother. Everyone reads the news, we all have feelings and insights about what we discover in the world we live in, and there should be a place where you can freely self-promote your ideas or the ideas of others on what you have discovered in the world around you.

So as you read the news during the day and come across a piece that has been digested, reworded, taken in by at least one other person than original scientist or specialist that discovered it, share it here and let's see how our insights together might form a more well-rounded understanding of the world we live in.

#CitizenScience: Aug. 21 Great #American #Solar #EclipseMegaMovie #Project

August 21 will be a special day in the #UnitedStates, as the #GreatAmericanSolarEclipse will cross the entire country, from #Oregon to #SouthCarolina. #CitizenScientists (that is, all non-#professionals interested in #science who wish to assist #scientists), who take #photographs from inside the #Eclipse path of #totality, have the opportunity to help scientists learn more about the Solar #Corona by submitting their Eclipse #photos to the Eclipse Mega-Movie 2017 Project.

NASA #TimeLapse #Video From Space: Sunlit #Earth Over One Year

On YouTube, NASA has released a time-lapse video (2 minutes, 46 seconds in length), taken from a distance of one million miles from the Earth, showing the Earth over a period of one year. More than 3,000 color photographs, taken at least once every two hours beginning on 2015 July 6, show several events (including a Solar Eclipse and Lunar Transits) that occurred on the sunlit side of our planet while rotating on its axis 366 times. I fail to see why there is this great debate that a Superfuel for Hyperspace Travel cannot be found.   Today scientists are working on Fusion Reactors that use Electromagnetic Forcefields to contain reactions that are much hotter than our own sun, some scientists and some members of the public have tried to belittle and berate my views that such things cannot take place nor such reactions of stars in our galaxy occur differently than my ideas that I am submitting here.

I have been kicked out of another Community of Science on Google for my theories because a few people personally attacked my crediability but I am submitting this because I think debate on such issues are important.   Recent research and photos taken of certain stars in our own galaxy explain better than I can that such Superfuels may be found that can power our Future Spacecraft in expeditions to Mars, Saturn and perhaps beyond our Solarsystem.

(1) Why sin(30) = 1/2 ?
(2) i ^ 2 = -1 = rotation by 180°
(3) Transpose [A] = Rotation by 180.
(4) Diagonal of a matrix = Its axis of rotation.
(5) Why A x B = ABsin( )??
(6) Why Log(A x B) = Log(A) + Log(B) ???

On Friday (November 20), NASA issued the first official order for a SpaceX mission to send astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS), perhaps as early as late 2017. Once these launches begin, in 2017 or 2018, the United State will once again have the capability of sending astronauts into orbit from American soil.

Early Saturday morning will mark the precise mid-point in the season of Autumn; Saturday is known as the Cross-Quarter Day of Samhain. While tradition may consider the time around Halloween the middle of the season, with modern calendars the actual mid-point date has slipped about a week.

NASA ‪#‎Laser‬ ‪#‎Com‬-System Miniaturized & Improved Data Precision

A NASA-developed laser communication (lasercom) system made headlines in 2013 when it demonstrated record-breaking data download and upload speeds to the Moon. Now, a NASA optical physicist says he can match those speeds—plus provide never-before-achieved, highly precise distance and speed measurements—all from the same relatively small package.
