Children with ADHD sometimes seem to have endless energy, and that can make summer break feel just as endless, for even the most patient parents. Try to provide plenty of opportunities for your child to expend that excess energy, especially just before activities that require him to be a little more quiet and still. Balance structured activities with lots of free play, and remember to get out there with him and have fun.

Bubbles!! On a warm and sunny day head outdoors and blow bubbles with your kids. Who knew they were so entertaining? Children can blow bubbles for hours - not to mention it strengthens oral motor skills.
