Dad,

I don't really know where to begin because there are so many great things to say about you. As you can tell from all these posts, you've had an incredible impact on Altria. Some of my favorite memories with you were the days when we would get to go to the office with you. I'll never forget the thrill of drawing things on a white board, clicking a button, and having them print in a matter of seconds. I thought this was the coolest thing ever. I loved going to work with you because everyone knew you and loved you.

You were so committed to this company and it is amazing to see what people have to say about you. Although your commitment to work was very high, you never let work get in the way of the most important things in life. You've always made sure to make time for family in friends. You know that the most important thing in life is to love people and it is awesome to see how you've done that with so many people at Altria.

You've been a great role model for our family not just because of the way that you love people and put others first. I have so many memories of you dropping everything you're doing so you can answer a call from a coworker, cousin, son, friend, and pretty much anyone who needs you. You've cared for me in ways that I can't even express. Thank you for always being there for me and for hugging me even when I try to fight it.

I love you dad!!

Congrats Frank!
I am awe struck about the journey you have traveled with Altria and I'm looking forward to the new path you are creating.  Frank, you were a fresh rain on a hot Florida day as the district manager for Jacksonville. We needed your positive attitude, creativity, drive, and focus on the business as well as the team. Thanks for your friendship, listening ears, caring heart, and being the wonderful person I met 30 years ago.

Frank,
I wish you a happy retirement, after these many years of working together, we all need to adjust to the idea you will no longer be leading our district. Your leadership in this company is second to none, always keeping everyone together as a team. Now your job is to enjoy your retirement; as an old Spanish saying goes “your hours are now flexible and you have complete autonomy”. Congratulations!
Thanks again for your leadership and keep in touch.

Dad,

I don't know where to begin or how much to say because I could write a novel but...Thank you for teaching me what hard work is and how to be FEARLESS. I feel that being fearless is what you have instilled in my head and it has taught me that anything is possible. Most importantly, thank you for always loving life and making sure your loved ones are taken care of.

You never had to talk about working hard, you just led and continue to lead by example. I am grateful for being surrounded by your daily habits because I have learned so much just from watching you. I hope I can continue to be half as hard working and loving as you are.

It's awesome to realize that my father is my best friend and someone that I can share anything with. Every time we speak I get motivated and it's cool to see how far we have both come together mentally. Your open mind and curiosity are two traits I will always hold on to. Those traits create questions and questions leads to opportunities and desires.

Thanks for supporting me through my insane ideas and making sure that I know, anything is possible with hard work. You deserve this and I am extremely proud to call you Dad.

Love,
Nicky

Frank! Wow - where do I start....
You are such an amazing person. Thank you for always treating me with such respect and as a thinking partner. I have learned so much from you and I am grateful to have had you as my DM. I could not have asked for a better teacher, leader, and passionate person to lead me in such a critical role in my career! You always put people first and are so passionate about family, friends, and living life. I will cherish all the lessons you have taught me and only hope that I can pass along some of your passion to others as you have done! Thank you :)

Dear Frank,
Since the day I started with the company back in 1998, I knew how lucky I was to have someone like you as a leader in my life. I have learned so much from you and can never thank you enough.  You've given advice when needed, supported me when I didn't even know it, and have made me laugh countless times.  To this day, you're the only person at Altria that knows and calls me by my Chinese name!   I wish you all the best with the next chapter in your life.  Have fun, spend time with your family and friends.  I look forward to seeing you in the neighborhood soon.   Your friend, Smiley
