Today I just want to leave here a quick note about exercise & fibromyalgia.
I tired of reading everywhere that we need to do a lot of exercise to ease our pains... this is really getting on my nerves already! Not all of us can do exercise because most times we have other side health issues.
For example, my case, I used to do exercise and walk about 7/8km per day some days I could walk 10 km biut my doctor completely forbidden me to do so why is that? Simple, because I have hips problems and bacbone health problems as well and my exercise was making those problems worse, I can't pick up on shopping bags or make an huge effort or I may well end in a very serious health problem.
I still walk a bit but my side health issues unfortunately don't allow me to do as much exercise as I would like.
So, whoever comes heresaying that we MUST do exercise in order to help our fibromyalgia STOP it right now! If you want to give some advise say something about how we could decrease a bit our fibro fog and the lack of memory for there are some natualoptions to help us with that.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy? I don't think this will work, well not for me, I tried meditation before and can't concentrate... too many thoughts & distracting noises but this is just my opinion..
