Delicioso is the latest from the veteran keyboardist and we have a trio of tracks that you'll be hearing as part of the showcase segment. Then it's red carpet treatment time for music from days gone by on the Back Trax section of the show in hour 2. This installment features the Larsen-Feiten Band with a track from the 80s as well as Deborah Henson-Conant. Also appearing are Mark Bracken and Orange Music; while rounding the set is a tune from the David Becker Tribune. Then after the Back Trax are Brian Simpson and Michael Fair, there's Dave Koz plus a tune from Nils; while gleaming thruout we have the likes of Tim Bowman, Matt Marshak, and Paul Taylor. The Fresh Trax feature follows in hour 2 with a cutting edge blend of new music. Headlining this installment are Tom Grant and Slim Man; also appearing is guitarist Will Sumner, while Dennis Nelson and Stephanie Sante round the segment. Then after the fresh & new is a bouquet of the tried and true - this time with selections by Grady Nichols and Peter White - there's music from Bob Gaynor as well as from Bob Madsen & The World Machine. Check out the best Smooth Jazz in the mix from our sister show "Cafe Jazz" available now at www.kjazzradiouk.com ...we've chosen some nifty tunes by Walle Larsson from After the Night all as part of the showcase segment. In hour 2 on Back Trax it'll be time to kick it ole skool with the band Fingerprints and electric violinist Noel Pointer. There's the group Malo led by Jorge Santana, keyboardist Neil Larsen is on the show, as is the hip German combo called Christian Prommer's Drumlesson … could well be one of our best sets to date! That's followed later in the hour, by some of the freshest and most exciting sounds around as we've queued Nils and Jonathan Fritzen, plus there's music by Marion Meadows and Chris Standring; also on the show are Rick Braun, Tom Grant, and Gerald Albright. But for the curtain raising track there's a tune by Joe Bonacci & The Soca Joe Band - this one also features David Mann on sax - as the musical razzle-dazzle continues!

The San Diego based flautist has a new release as The Eric Evans Project and we're featuring that cd called Waves of Grace as part of the showcase segment. The second hour sees the Fresh Trax feature with a 5-pack of new music. Headlining is the Bob Baldwin tribute to Michael Jackson. We have a tune from Germany's Hellmut Hattler formerly of Tab Two. As well there's new music from Oli Silk, while debuting are Bryan Forsloff and The 420 Café. Then following the new is a batch of the tried and true - with selections by Marc Antoine and Dave McMurray - in addition to Joe McBride and Gota.
