We have tried this in the past and I think we will try it again. This will be an editable spreadsheet in which people can post their availability to play. Any suggestions, let me know.

Where may I find the print version of the Star Wars Rebels season 2 sourcebook?

Is there any good platform for someone to post rough Star Wars D6 adventure documents for public review?
My group only plays 1 a month or so, and that's honestly all I have time for, but I have about 3 adventure documents that are close to done, not polished, just sitting in a folder. Is there anyplace to post these essentially draft amateur adventures were I might get feedback?

Has anyone ever done stats for this bad boy, or know if the vehicle was ever given any type of Canon or Legends name? The vehicle would have appeared in Empire and was featured in a lot of documentary footage, but ultimately was cut from the film. A few years ago LEGO released a set that included a vehicle for their Hoth play set that somewhat resembled it, and called it the Rebel Combat Speeder.

A short summary comparing the different options as Google+ closes in a few months. Some people have been asking for one, and this should at least be better than nothing. Unfortuantely G+ isn't that good for summaries of this kind so I wrote it on a more readable platform.

Hopes this will generate some discussion. I'll likely update the post in a few days based on response.

So quick question for anyone in the group... I've been reading Bill Slavicsek's new book, "Defining a Galaxy: 30 Years in a Galaxy Far, Far Away" which discusses his work for WEG and WoTC's versions of Star Wars. At the end of the book he talks about being asked to run some sessions of 1st Ed WEG at a convention to celebrate the game's 30th Anniversary. For the session he decided to homebrew some of the combat and damage rules to streamline combat and make it move faster, and make the game, in his words, "a little more palatable to my modern game design tastes."

Some of the concepts seem quite interesting by changing the difficulty to hit by using a formula which calculates Dodge dice and armor rather than opposed checks, and using more of a fixed point system for damage... he wanted the game to have fewer die roles, and it sounds interesting, but there's a problem...

He apparently attached some of pre-generated characters in the book (which would go a long way to demonstrating the math). However, in the iOS Kindle version of the book there's just a big, fat, red "X" where there pre-gen characters should be.

Does anyone have the print version of this book? Are the pre-gens in there? I may just buy a physical copy of the book if that's the case.

Came across this interesting rule for movement:

Alternate Movement Rule
The difficulty to cover rapidly a distance on foot is determined by the number of extra movements the character takes. One movement equals the character’s Move value; two movements equals twice the Move value, and so on. For each movement beyond the first, add 5 to the base difficulty of zero.

Example: A character with a Move of 10 meters per round who wants to move 20 meters in one round has a running difficulty of 5, while a character who wants to move 40 meters has a difficulty of 15. A character who fails his running roll covers only his Move or may even trip.
