Suggestion:
To use recycle acrylic material to create the safety signage
Problem
There is an open space facing the canteen. Although, we placed six round tables with benches at the open areas, it does not deterred students from playing football at the areas. It posed a danger to the students taking their recesses at the open areas as well as inside the canteen. There are few incidents whereby the balls hits the window louvers and caused it to be broken.

Solution
For the safety of the students taking their recesses at the open areas as well as inside the canteen and also to prevent any damage to the window louvers, we decided to use the recycle acrylic material to create and install the safety signage at the open space area.

The school get the term contractor to fix the signage on 20 March 2017 and we save about $70 for creating our own signage.
With the implementation, we noticed that there was no more students found playing any balls at the open area.

Suggestion:
To have the red stickers pasted on the glass doors
Problem
The glass doors at the hall are transparent. It posed a hazard to the staff and students as they are unable to see the glass doors clearly. The worst situations are when the glass doors are opened and when the staff and students walking along the corridor might hits on to the glass doors.

Solution
For the safety of the staff and students and to prevent any untoward incidents from occurring, we decided to paste the red stickers on all the glass doors at the hall area.

It was implemented on 20 March 2017.

Suggestion:
To have proper class tags placed inside the hall
Problem
The school do not have a parade square to hold the classes during the morning assembly therefore, the assembly had to be conducted inside the hall. We need to display the class tags inside the hall area for the students to sit according to their respective class. Currently, we are using laminated A4 size papers to do the class tags. It would then pasted on the walls or pillars inside the hall by using transparent tapes which does not look good and professional. Sometimes, we conducted events such as Speech Day etc inside the hall, it is very unsightly for the parents to look at the laminated class tags.

Solution
The school decided to create its own class tags by purchasing a piece of acrylic (6ft by 4ft) which cost about $60 and a tin of white spray paint (cost $7). We managed to create 32 class tags and display it inside the hall. It was implemented on 15 February 2017. With the implementation, it looks more professional and neat. The cost for the 32 class tags cost about $1,280 (@ $40 per piece).
The school managed to save $1,213 for creating its own class tags.

Suggestion:
To have safety signage outside the school library
Problem
The students visiting the library are to leave their bags on the long sofa chair outside library. Sometimes, they forgot to bring along their personal belongings (wallet and hand phone) with them.

Solution
In order to prevent any incident from occuring when the students leave their bags outside the library, we suggested to have a safety sigange outside the library near to the sofa area to remind the students not to leave their personal belongings behind. It was implemented on 1 March 2017.
