If you haven't had a chance to look at Homo naledi, yet, you are missing out. Definitely worth the money and there are discounts. Don't go there too late in the afternoon on a weekend, it gets pretty full there after 12pm and then viewing time is only 10 mins after sitting in a long line. I have some more pics on my profile if you want to have a look.

Everyone has probably seen this by now. But still good to know that religious hate speak can be drowned by a musical instrument!!!   https://youtu.be/JwLaDzKFiBY

Ok this escalated quick. The Poe Facebook page "south Africans against dagga and satan" I posted in humor is been quoted in huisgenot. ... its ridiculous
Folks this trolling is top class made it to national press. Poe Facebook page lamenting toys given away by a retail chain are satanic. Hope the translation works .....

All the bigots will now come out of the woodwork! The great thing is that the internet will record them. They will go down in history as homophones and bigots! generations to come will know them as such! #lovewins

As my children need to go to school soon , my wife and i had a  discussion about the lawfulnesses of promoting religion in schools.

Pierre De Vos sums up my suspicions, and he knows a lot more than me about constitutional law!

" I suspect very few state schools at present comply with the Constitution and the law because there has been no systematic attempt to dismantle the underlying Christian nationalist ethos that permeated the apartheid education system."
"Where observes religion in classes or wishes to embody teaching with “Christian values” it would have to provide two streams of education in the form of different classes – one class catering for teaching that accords with the Christian ethos and one class completely free from such views and values. A school that unashamedly promotes a Christian ethos and provides no clear and equitable alternative is acting unconstitutionally and illegally."
