This six- week happiness circle will be an opportunity for you to come as you are – bringing both your greatest joys and challenges – to a space that is warm, open, non-judgmental and focused on growing alongside you as you move forward in your own unique way.

Picture a space where you get together with like-minded people and have focused, meaningful dialogue with the sole purpose of increasing happiness and becoming our best possible selves.

We will offer a thought-provoking exercises to help you get clear on who you are, what makes you tick, what may be holding you back from experiencing true happiness and fulfillment in the various parts of your life, and how to take and active role in becoming a happier and more fulfilled person.

We will meet at the Mollie Nye House for six (almost) consecutive Monday evenings:
