I've finally completed and published my first game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.redfruit.gdx.skyisfalling.android.

As per all the advice regarding first games, I've gone for something very simple - a Space Invaders clone with a small twist.

Controls are very easy - simply touch the left or right side of the screen depending on which direction you wish to move.

Please give it a try and let me know what you think.
