Damn! I've fallen way behind in posting pictures to this Community! Here's the start of catching up!
This is Sir Frank, bearing the likeness of the player of Shroud of the Avatar. And his flying monkey companion!

Next in line for Blade of the Avatar is a ruined tomb. Maybe a little overboard with the weathering, but it's nice and moody. I like how the night sky worked out, it looks atmospheric. And the figure is good and clean.

Here's the second in the Blade of the Avatar pictures.  Architecture is not my strong suit, alas, and this project is fairly replete with impressive locations.

The next chapter heading illustration from Blade of the Avatar! I like doing figures better than architecture, and it shows here. Trying for a haunted look, I think I got it.

This is the first in a set of black and white chapter head illustrations in my fine-line style done for (deep breath...) the Tracy Hickman story Blade of the Avatar, that he's doing for Shroud of the Avatar, Richard Garriott's -- Aka Lord British's -- new MMORPG from Portalarium that's garnered 3 million dollars of crowd-sourced support.

Here's a gigantic collection of characters comprising a beloved band of adventurers. Yes, that's the same guy from the earlier picture of the black knight on horseback! But now you get to see the Kobold Bard and the cat, who is the first mate of the pirate captain with the red sash. Rich backstory is half the fun.
I hope people are enjoying these pictures, and I'm planning to post some work I'm doing for Shroud of the Avatar. (Anyone remember the fine'line style I used for the Ultima manual illustrations?)

I really like this one. I was uncertain whether I could pull off the carved chair but it worked perfectly! Also learned some stuff about wrinkled cloth.

Here's one I did a while back. Guy's got a cursed weapon that makes him orange, but he doesn't let that stop him.

Did this one a while ago. These are the nicest anthropomorphics I've ever done!  I'll be posting more on G+ over the next few days.

Here's your classic Idi Amin military despot from the same universe as the jetpack soldier. Enjoy!
