It has been repeated far too often, generation after generation, that a new revolution is not possible. They say "people have tried and failed, why do you think you are any different, you will fail like the rest." I tell you comrades, listening to and believing in these claims of impending failure is precisely what leads to actual failure. The capitalist can weaken us and control us physically, but mental and spiritual control only exists if we allow it's existence. Subscribing to the idea that you can not change anything is akin to handing the capitalists the chains by which to bind and imprison you. The revolution is not simply a struggle of fists and arms, it is primarily a struggle of the soul. A struggle rooted in the hearts and minds of those who seek a better world. In order to preserve the freedom of all working men and women, one must believe that it can be achieved. The young revolutionary must reject all malignant ideas that concern themselves with "imminent failure," as it is a direct route to true failure. Comrade Ernesto Guevara has said, "Be realistic, demand the impossible." I urge all fellow communists, socialists, and anarchists to live by these words! Do not be discouraged by the cries of the capitalists, but let them strengthen the revolutionary spirit within you, so that you can boldly turn to the oppressor and say, "Yes! I know the struggle and danger that lies ahead! I know many have failed! This however, is exactly why the revolution must carry on! This impossibility is why I continue to fight, to educate, and to liberate!" I wish all you comrades well. Down with the oppressor! Liberty, Equality, Solidarity! Long live the revolution!

Exactly. No ones going to want to work for someone else when they already have a mean of production and make more money off it.

"it was not that long ago that the idea of urinating on demand for an employer would have been universally understood to be ridiculous. As recently as 1986 a federal court found that mass urine testing of firefighters without probable cause was a violation of Fourth Amendment protections. It was only as Drug War paranoia and the general trend towards authoritarianism ramped up through the Bush and Clinton (the First) years of the 1990s that companies started boasting about how they subjected their employees to the degradation of chemical drug tests."
