If gravitational time dilation is both factual and quantifiable, and human perception [cognizance / being] is the condition of a creature that owes its existence to the physical things of the Earth of which it is composed, then the perception of the individual observer should also be dilated, not existing at any singular moment in time, but existing across the span of a measurable duration. Yet, it is unthinkable for human perception, cognizance, or observation to exist spanning anything beyond the limits of a singular, infinitesimal instant.
