Taking a walk along the Sea Point Promenade is something everyone should do at least once a week. Starting and the Moullie Point Lighthouse and walking to the Sea Point pools and back is just over 5km. IF you are lucky enough, you will see whales, dolphins and a few seals. The smell of fresh see air is quite refreshing. Early mornings are fairly quite, while later afternoon there is a fair amount of activity. This photo was taken facing east from the Sea Point Pools

Rooiels, on the South Eastern side of False Bay is a great place to visit. You will drive along Clarens Drive to enjoy these stunning views (http://www.mountainpassessouthafrica.co.za/find-a-pass/western-cape/item/95-clarence-drive,-gordons-bay.html) This is one of the best drives along our coastline. Chapmans Peak also offers excellent views.

Remember when visiting Cape Town, it is better to declare those goodies you thought you can bring in...

I was given a Durian Fruit while departing from Indonesia and only on arrival did I realised its a no-no. Good thing too as it is not the nicest smelling fruit.
