This article highlights the the fact that exercise helps children learn and improves behavior and improves overall health.The author stated that children need to move every 15-20 minutes. Three different types of movement activities were introduced. These activities are ways of incorporating movement into your lesson. Movement needs to be part of the routine of the day.
