Attention Veteran PD4’s / Affiliate Trainers

At eMINTS we are constantly striving to stay on the cutting edge of technology, the latest in educational research and instructional strategies, and providing our participants with a wealth of practical classroom applications.

We have been hard at work to make huge strides in our program offerings to ensure the eMINTS Comp. Program materials reflect our growth and embrace new technologies.

If it has been a while since you have taken a look at the eMINTS Comp. Program, I encourage you to look over the new, streamlined Comp. schedules and check out some of the exciting new sessions and topics.

Not looking for the full eMINTS Comprehensive Program experience? We can help!
Here at eMINTS we realize that not everyone can implement a full 2 year eMINTS Comprehensive Program. We can help to identify a package or “cluster” or supportive modules to help you meet your district's pd goals.

For more info. about the eMINTS National Center and the programs and offerings, check out https://emints.org or email us at emints-info@emints.org

Listening to podcasts can be a great way to maximize time or to create a relaxing and energizing moment in a busy day. The Google Teacher Tribe Podcast created by +Kasey Bell and +Matt Miller (http://googleteachertribe.com/) provides educators with a great way to stay connected and harvest additional ideas for using GSuite for Education. What other podcasts or strategies do you use to stay connected?

We are looking for research and information about districts being 1:1 with technology.

Any ideas or resources regarding what has been proven at this point to be "best practice?" I would love to hear your personal thoughts, too for those having done it awhile. We are investigating for our district (a K-12 semi-rural 2,000 student population):
What is the best model of 1:1? Take devices home or have carts in classrooms? Why? What is the difference in budget planning? As always, thank you to a great group for sharing your thoughts.
