It's that time of year again! Cold/Flu season is upon us... with the plethora of medicines, drinks, teas and tinctures out there, what do you find most helpful? What works for you to keep the cold at bay or to help ease the symptoms if you catch it? One of my favorites is a "Ginger Honey Switchel", which is a quick overnight fermentation of apple cider vinegar, raw honey or blackstrap molasses, fresh ginger, water and fresh lime juice.

It's time for the 2016 Run through the Holidays Challenge!

Rules are simple, run/walk at least 1 mile each day from Thanksgiving until New Year's Day. Record your distances here and see how many miles you can get by New Year's!

To complete the challenge you must cover at least 1 mile each day, it can be an average of 1 mile per day. These miles must be intentional miles that you run/walk, and not just the distance you cover during the day using a fitness tracker.
