Baked Turkey thigh cooked in case iron pan. Started with seared onions, olive oil and garlic. The Turkey I seasoned with kosher salt and cracker pepper. Allow meat to sear about 10 minutes on both sides, then built my gravy with my onions and flesh egg plant. A dash little white wine and added a some water. Placed in a 350 oven for 20 minutes adding flesh cabbage. Go figure I used no butter.
