#Fit_over_40. Happy New Year 2017! The first clip is the last clip of my 37 reps to complete my 100th set and 2017 Total reps and a Few Words. No one is expected to watch the whole video as it is too much to watch, however I managed to break down the nearly four hours to complete into a 26-minute video using 4x speed.
