=RULES & GUIDELINES=
Rule #1: Don't be a douche. To put this simply, no scamming members, threatening members, hurting members, stealing from members, generally screwing members around, etc. The severity (and the niceness of the mods) will determine whether you are warned or outright banned.
Rule #2: No spam. What constitutes spam? It's a fine line. We may ban some one for selling shoes through an affiliate link, then allow some one to advertise their truck fixing business. Generally the rule is, if you're an active member (aka. you participate in the group, on or offline) and you're posting under good faith, then you're probably ok.
That's it. It's simple.
We also have some general guidelines. These are not rules, though some admins may delete posts for it, and some members may tell you off for it.
Guideline 1: If you would post it in Reddit, or on your own wall, don't post it here. We don't want this place filled with pictures of cats, Gagnam Style music videos, or random comments. Such things bury community specific posts (events, planning, etc.). A good way to think of it is that this if the post is action based (it calls for organization in the real world, or advice on real world problems) then it's perfect, if it's some piece of virtual entertainment it probably isn't.
Guideline 2: Don't derail. If threads go way off the line, the mods may delete comments and/or the post itself to bring it back under control.
Guideline 3: Make your own guidelines.
