Hello, Friends Again, here I have done a more complete analysis of the errors that our Windows Server 2008 R2 has presented. and here I tell a little history so that all together see if we can find a definitive solution to this problem.

1) the server It is installed since 2011 with 2 domain controllers that are shown in the images.

2) For the date of Monday 13-08-2018 The Service stopped creating user accounts because it indicated that the limit of user accounts had exhausted the pool of identifiers

3) The problem became more acute because the domain controller showed in the event viewer that there was no connection with the DNS service and therefore it showed error of login and unknown user. It is detailed in the images that are attached

4) In the first instance, the Windows Server had been installed with 2 domain controllers called U01WPADM02 and U01WPADZ01 that were synchronized with each other. Checking a bit the event viewer indicates that by 2015 it stopped synchronizing normally. The old administrators omitted these errors and now with around 5000 user accounts and 6000 computers attached to the domain we do not want to reverse everything and install everything new since we would collapse.

My questions are. With all the information I have provided that I can do?

Do a clean installation of the windows server 2008 R2 again separating the domain controller from the DHCP, DNS, AD services that are currently installed?

Perform the corresponding troubleshooting in this case until the last resource is exhausted?

Would I lose any type of configuration or user accounts already created and therefore the desynchronization of all the computers in my domain?

Actually, let's take advantage of these groups and discussions to generate new solutions and help others.

Thank you in advance for all the help you can give me
