As language teachers, it is our duty to ensure that students build up their competencies in their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In order to achieve this, we must focus on the process rather than product. In this video, Richards shares that competent listeners use top-down process to comprehend. However, the bottom-up process is essential when top-down process fails. This implies that we really need to drum the bottom-up process in our students first before teaching them the top-down process.

I am very happy to announce that Google finally, officially launch 'Classroom' Learning Management System that fully integrate Google Apps, Drive and Docs.

I am seeking advice from ITB MOE if we could move from McOnline to this 'Classroom' LMS. So stay tune...
