Hi everyone, this is late but I still want to introduce myself. If you guys don't know by now, my name is Thai. The reason why I am taking this class because it was for me to obtain an AA degree. My personal goal is to the first to graduate college in my family since my parents were immigrants. This class will help me in the future because I am going to counseling and having a better understanding of the family side will help me with the children. This would be my 4th year in school on and off. The learning style I prefer is to be hands on and through experience. I have been doing a lot on my own so most of the knowledge I have gain were from my own experiences. My relationship with time is improving a lot. I have learned how to balance my work, relationship, friends, and schoolwork. I use to always try to catch up with time but as I age, my time management is a lot better.

Hello everyone! My name is Alexis Soto and my major is Sociology. I am not sure on what I want to focus on, which is one of the reasons why I am taking this course and because it is a requirement. My goal for this class is to be able to balance my busy schedule, while passing this class. My relationship with time is not too bad, but could be better. I am a visual and auditory learner. The car that best describes me would be some sort of a family car like a van or an SUV. I am very family orientated, therefore motivates me to continue on being the first in my family to go to college.

Hello my name Is Chris. I'm one of the older dudes in class. I'm going to start off by saying I have a lot of school already. One could say in one form or another I have been in school almost all my life. I am taking this class for my requirements to get my human services certificates in drugs and alcohol, family, gerontology, and human services. Then my associates. But first I have to retake some gen Ed classes. Aperantly Math isn't Math and English isn't English if you took it like 15 years ago. After all that it's off to Fulerton for my Bachelors and then Masters and become a certified social worker. If I We're a car it's a 67 Shelby Mustang. I'm a fast learner but still need the classic tried and true way to learn. Go to class, pay attention, and do my reading. My relationship with time is... I would rather be 30 minutes yearly than 2 minutes late. But lately it's been your damed if you do and damed if you don't kinda situation.

Hello, all my classmates! My name is Quyen. I am Vietnamese. I will turn 21 in this April. My major is Sociology. This is my last semester at Cypress. I hope that I will pass all the courses I am taking, so I can transfer to Cal State Fullerton this Fall for a BA degree. I am taking this class because it is required for my major. However, I do love sociology courses. They are interesting and fun. I learned a lot from them. That is why I chose Sociology as my major. This class is important and helpful for my major. There are lots of things I can use to apply in real life and for my future career. Currently, I do not have a job. I am a full time student. However, I planning to find one in the summer and I will be working again. Because of that, I can spend most of my time to focus more on my classes. I am a little bit lazy. Therefore, I often rush myself to finish my homework on the last minutes. However, I am trying my best to fix that habit, because I know that it is not a good habit, and it can negatively affect me. I think that my car can represent me. I wanted my car so much that I begged my parents to buy it for me. I promised them that I will study harder to get good scores if I have my car. My parents agreed and bought me my car. My car represent me because If I want something, I will do my best to get it. Hope all of you will have a great semester and pass all your courses with good grades. Thank you for reading!

Hello my name is Stephanie and i am a psychology major and have already earned my AA in psychology. I am taking sociology to complete my AA in sociology because i needed to wait one more semester to transfer to Fullerton. If i was a car i think i would be a Jaguar, a classic older version because it looks smooth and classy but like myself being older going to school takes a lot of attention to detail sort of like old Jags need a lot of repairs.

Hello my name is Helen Mwangi, a heath science major, am taking this class to upgrade my knowledge at my work area and also take notes for myself because am single in case i meet a husband. When it comes to a type of car i would be, maybe a Toyota corolla, lasts long and easy to maintain not very sophisticated. It will take you places for years without break downs, and if it breaks, i fix it affordably and am on the road for my next class or shift.
