Reality ✔ 101!!!! A love one having a heart procedure done with possibility of surgey depending on results of procedure. Heart & surgey is something that I definitely don't like hearing in the same sentence. Gotta do better. Gotta get more serious with this journey. Gotta break the cycle of food related health problems. #NoMoreExcuses

I'm back......trying to get back on track. Loss my way.....again!!!! Still on a journey of self discovery. It's hard trying to set aside time for yourself. At least that's what I keep telling myself. Just so used to putting myself on the back burner, you forget how to put yourself first. Well its time to learn!!!!#MyJourneyContinues

Started back on the treadmill yesterday. Today is day 2. Got a mile in. Eat very good today. Protein shake for breakfast. Energy bar for mid morning snack. Salad & yogurt for lunch. Veggies & baked fish. Granola for snack. Looking forward to tommorrow!!!
