Microsoft, 

I need to put this post up for you guys to notice as I need an update from and help from you.

I bought a Surface 2 in August 2014. The device runs RT and like all Microsoft products worked well till the device received some updates from Microsoft. Immediately after that my device stopped working, ie., the touch screen stopped working. After that I have called Surface Support and they have replaced my device. But after receiving the replacement, my device stopped working once again after the update.

I'm currently processing my 3rd replacement! Trust me when I say this, the Surface 2 running RT is a hopeless device and I'm tired of using it. Did not expect this from Microsoft. I'm currently waiting for my 3rd replacement just so that I can sell it and never use it again. Coz no one at Microsoft is ready to give me a solution.

I don't believe I will get a resolution on this, but I just wanted to get this off my chest. I just hope like hell that someone at Microsoft will atleast take notice and try and give me another resolution other than another replacement.

Hi all, I have been thinking about getting a Surface to replace my old Galaxy Tab. I see so many types and models but I think the Surface 2 will be a good choice. I see Surface 2 RT and just Surface 2's along with Pro models. What's the difference in the RT and regular Surface 2? Is the only difference in the Pro the size? I can't even find a place online that compares the models very well.
