Has anyone used a Zillow app in Spanish to help their clients?  Or has a client asked you about a home they found on Zillow's Spanish app?  I share this because as agents work with multi-generational Latino households, it could be helpful to integrate social media in language as well as apps in English.  The combination of in language, apps, traditional communication channels can bring the entire experience together for multi-generational families going through the buying experience together.

The real estate market is exciting, challenging and rewarding.  As we look at the younger generations and consider the business impact and housing opportunities, we need to continue to look at how do we get financial literacy into our school systems.  As real estate professionals we can play a vital role in this within our communities.  What creative ways have you worked within you communities to bring financial literacy to the youth?  Please share.

I thought I would share an article on Hispanic Executive.  If my story and aspiration, support and resolve can help others think of Real Estate and Homeownership as a viable path, let my story be told from all places to all whom aspire to become part of the real estate industry.  This story is not unique, it is the every day story of the Latino communities coming to the U.S. looking to settle in their new "Home".

The Latino Real Estate Market is very complex and diverse.  We are comprised of so many different backgrounds; country of origin, immigration status, U.S. born, age, traditions, education, etc.  One thing that truly connects the Latino market from my perspective is family values, hard work, food, music, language and culture.  Although the many words may be different for different countries, the passion for being able to connect in language when needed or when wanted is such a great asset.  It's like music to your ears, as when they call your name. This page will  help share information pertaining the Real Estate Market - "Real Estate Mercado".
