PSA: don't poop yourself to death. lol Here's some of the things that I was surprised to learn about kombucha that bloggers didn't prepare me for.

I made sauerkraut for the first time. I also added in some jalapenos, garlic and onions. Everything was from the garden, and it turned out really tasty, so I am pretty proud of myself.

I am going to try storing it in my cold storage. Does anyone else store theirs like that? It wasn't crazy sour yet because it only fermented a week, so I figure it should keep fine for the 6 weeks it will take to eat through it. What do you think?
