Despite the obvious state and power of technology in the current year, I was shocked when while watching the news today I found out the Malaysian Airline linked to Flight 370 sent a condolence text message. In my opinion, there is nothing human behind the buttons of a phone. The families connected to this tragedy deserve more than an electronic message that can be deleted with the slide of a finger. What are your thoughts on Malaysia Airline's method of communicating? Comment below.
