Clothing DRIVE!! In celebration of Earth Week at Bellevue College, BC ACSA is collecting used clothing all week long!! This helps the environment by keeping it out of the landfills or being burned when you throw it out. Even better is most of your used clothing can be reworn helping those in our community with their clothing needs. We will be partnering with the Salaam Cultural Museum for this drive, a charity that helps Arab refugees. Support your Earth, Community & your friends at BC ACSA!! www.learnarabicculture.org

Khalil Gibran (1883-1931) is a Lebanese poet, writer and artist. Gibran's best-known work is The Prophet, a book composed of twenty-six poetic essays. It has been translated into more than 40 languages and one of the cornerstones of Arabic literature. His philosophies are embedded into modern day perspectives. Very cool article highlighting familiar quotes!!
