There are some steps whereby weight reduction may become a realistic goal:
--- Eat more fruits and vegetables, legumes and whole grains.
--- Increase levels of physical activity.
--- Avoid foods high in salt and sugar.
--- Avoid alcoholic beverages.
--- Eat more protein to preserve muscle mass.
--- Only eat as much as you can burn.

Hello, I am starting a health & fitness challenge soon and wanted to invite all of you lovely ladies to an End-Of-Year Resolution Fitness Group. It'll be starting on November 4th and end January 4th. Great time to help keep us accountable during the tempting Holiday months. The challenge will be held in a private Facebook group.
